Are there any commercial comics publications (or websites I guess) that accept or publish one off strips, ie single pages or two or three pages?
I was packing up loads of old comics yesterday in preparation for moving house, and ending up flicking through various old magazines I'd kept from the 1980s. I had some issues of Metal Hurlant, Marvel's Epic Illustrated, the british arty comic Escape (which I used to love), and quite a few others of a similar ilk. Flicking through I was surprised how varied and random some of the pages were. Long series mixed with short strips, sometimes just single pages, with a real variety of styles.
Are there are similar outlets or publications around these days? All the anthology titles I can bring to mind seem to specialise in ongoing action and adventure series, even if the episodes are short, rather than random one-off strips, or single page strips.
I occasionally draw random one-page strips myself, so I just wondered if there was a potential outlet for them, rather than just posting them on Twitter.
Publishers or outlets accepting short one-off strips.

Yep. They picked up Frankenstein Texas for their new Virus imprint earlier this year.
